Managers, supervisors and team leaders who may have experience in developing their business, but who would like to increase their skills at developing their staff.
   
Aim
The aim of this course is to enable delegates to increase the productivity of their departments, by increasing the knowledge and skills of their staff.

  • List the qualities required of a trainer
  • Set up a structured training accompaniment
  • Set meaningful, business related objectives
  • Demonstrate a simple coaching technique
  • Use demonstration techniques with confidence
  • Design a personal development plan
  • Explain how a structured personal development programme fits into the company appraisal process
  • Use delegation as a development tool
