activity.
Aim
The aim of this course is to enable delegates to successfully
plan and implement a strategy for improving the effectiveness of their promotional
activity.
Objectives
By the end of this course each delegate will be able to:
- State what makes people buy
- Identify their target customers
- Consider what type of promotional activity will be most
appropriate for their current and future business needs
- Make their promotional objectives measurable
- Identify the differences between product features and
benefits, and decide when to use each
- Create a strong impact when communicating with customers
- Practice creating a powerful image in print
- Design a company brochure to support their promotional
activity
- Plan a professional sales promotion
