Course Title
Equal Opportunities for Managers
Course Designed for
Supervisors, team leaders and managers who would like to create and maintain
a positive culture that fosters equality as well as quality when dealing
with colleagues and customers.
Aim
The
aim of this course is to enable delegates to protect their business by
learning how to recognise the discrimination danger signs, and to inspire
them to develop the skills to take control and diffuse potentially difficult
situations.
Objectives
By the end
of this course each delegate will be able to:

the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration legislation when recruiting
staff

the benefits of an organisation’s Equal Opportunities Policy and their
responsibilities within it

to avoid harassment and discrimination at work
