The principal, Simon Marshall, has enjoyed a sales, sales management and training management career spanning over twenty five years in both the 'fast moving consumer goods' and 'financial services' industries.

He brings with him a sound, practical approach to supporting our clients' business priorities and delivers a range of HR and business development initiatives to public and private organisations.

Simon is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, an experienced Investors in People practitioner and an SVQ Internal Verifier for business planning.
